A second Zonal meeting of Zone-3 was successfully conducted in coordination of Rotaract Club of Butwal South. The program was chaired by Rtr. Gopal Neupane (ZRR Zone-3) with the participation of all clubs except Rotarct club of Lumbini from Zone-3. All of the club representative shares their progress activities after the new route year began and many more agendas and discussion happened for initiating further Rotary moment in Zone-3. Rtr. Zonal COTS-2013 was together performed by eight clubs of Zone3 including a club from Palpa. Nearly 300 rotaractors from the zone were benefited and trained for their roles and duty towards club and club members. Major activiities were equally distributed among each club of the zone and performed in very well and disciplined manner. As the number of participants were large so there were nearly 8 trainer from the district. The whole participants were divided into three groups and trained accordingly.
