Zonal COTS-2013 was together performed by eight clubs of Zone3 including a club from Palpa. Nearly 300 rotaractors from the zone were benefited and trained for their roles and duty towards club and club members. Zoal COTS is one of the major activities of Rotaract, being the huge gathering of Rotaractors of the zone there will be more chances of fellowship and proper interaction along with special focus on rules and responsibility of the Rotaractors. For Celebrate the Charted Day of Club i.e April 20th, RAC Butwal South organized Charter Nights at Butwal City View Restaurant with the presences of Rtn. Ramchandra Acharya (AG Zone-14) Rtn.
