Zonal COTS-2013 was together performed by eight clubs of Zone3 including a club from Palpa. Nearly 300 rotaractors from the zone were benefited and trained for their roles and duty towards club and club members. Major activiities were equally distributed among each club of the zone and performed in very well and disciplined manner. As the number of participants were large so there were nearly 8 trainer from the district. The whole participants were divided into three groups and trained accordingly. The new Rotaract board installation program was successfully accomplished in jointly organized program By Rotary Club of Butwal South and Rotaract Club of Butwal South. As a chief guest of Program Mr. Baburam Gautam, Chief Executive of office of The Butwal Municipality honored the programs as a Special guest Rtn.
